"There is a young man in Jill's office who doesn't really know what he is doing - Jason is his name. He mis-quoted me on a premium, arbitrarilly assigned a deductible, then a cancellation notice came in the mail a month later. When I tried to work this out with him, he took no responsibility for the errors. Then when I told him that I was going to get some quotes from other insurance companies for all my policies - he didn't flinch. He happily said goodbye without even attempting to keep my business.
